Floor2Door is a UK-based online flooring retailer offering delivery to mainland UK addresses.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Deliveries to offshore islands and certain remote locations may be unavailable or subject to additional charges.

5. Large Flooring Deliveries

Carpets, vinyl flooring and other large flooring products may be delivered using specialist transport.

Customers must ensure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles and someone available to receive the goods.

Please notify us before ordering if your property has restricted access.

We recommend checking your delivery for visible damage, incorrect products or missing items as soon as reasonably possible.

If you notice an issue, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
