1. About Us

Floor2Door is a UK-based online flooring retailer operating as a sole trader.

We supply flooring products to customers throughout mainland UK. We operate as an online supply-only business and do not provide measuring or fitting services.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and specifications are accurate.

Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings. We recommend requesting samples where available before placing an order.

3. Measurements and Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the measurements and quantities entered when ordering are correct.

Flooring is supplied according to the measurements and specifications selected by the customer at checkout.

Please check all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Payment must be completed in full at checkout before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where necessary, providing an appropriate refund where payment has been taken.

5. Delivery

We deliver to mainland UK addresses.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by supplier availability, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and that suitable access is available.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Customers purchasing online may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, flooring cut to a customer's specified measurements or clearly personalised may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers should inspect deliveries upon arrival and contact us promptly if products arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please email sales@floor2door.co.uk with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for defective products or statutory consumer rights.

9. Privacy

Customer personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
